Warehouse Operations Manager (2nd & 3rd Shift)

2nd Shift and 3rd Shift Are you an experienced operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment? We are seeking two Operations Managers to lead and develop a diverse hourly workforce while driving productivity, quality, safety, and employee engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about coaching teams, improving performance, and creating a positive work environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations within a production and/or warehouse environment Supervise and develop a sizable hourly workforce Hold teams accountable for productivity, quality, attendance, and safety standards Foster a culture of engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement Address employee relations matters and provide effective coaching and performance management Partner with leadership to ensure operational goals and customer expectations are met Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining a safe and productive workplace Qualifications Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Production Manager, Warehouse Manager, or similar leadership role Strong people-management and employee-relations experience Proven success leading large hourly teams in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Bilingual fluency required: English and either Spanish or Burmese
