Location:
Wabash Furniture & Flooring - Wabash, IN Are you the type of person who likes things organized, enjoys leading a team, and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves? If so, we want to meet you! Wabash Furniture & Flooring is looking for a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Manager to keep our warehouse running smoothly while supporting both our Wabash and Plymouth locations. Every day is different—from organizing inventory and prepping deliveries to repairing furniture and jumping in to help customers receive their new furniture on time. What You'll Be Doing Keep our warehouse organized, clean, and running efficiently. Manage inventory for both Wabash and Plymouth locations. Pull, stage, and prep furniture and mattresses for daily deliveries. Lead, motivate, and work alongside our warehouse team. Repair and inspect furniture when needed. Help load/unload delivery trucks accurately and efficiently. Make deliveries when needed. Work with our sales and office staff to ensure every customer has a great experience. Pitch in wherever needed—because no two days are ever the same! What We're Looking For Previous warehouse management or leadership experience. Furniture repair or furniture handling experience is a plus. Someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to work hard. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to safely lift and move furniture. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Drug-free and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
