Full Job Description Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday Hours:
5am start time Position Summary To serve our internal and external customers by training, developing and managing our employees to established standards to increase company sales and profits. Essential Functions Manages, trains and develops employees to ensure that they are performing job duties in accordance with established standards. Ensures that company policies, standards and procedures are met, followed and maintained in accordance with established company policy (e.g. OSHA, DOT and safety compliance, Federal/State/Local laws). Oversees daily Geobox delivery process to ensure accurate orders are delivered in a timely manner. Communicates with customers and employees on issues regarding pricing, products, equipment and problems that arise at the customer location. Delivers, stocks, rotates, displays and maintains all products to established G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. standards. Surveys accounts within territory to ensure service and equipment meets or exceeds established standards Maximizes sales and distribution of our products by working with employees and customers to identify opportunities to increase the sales and profitability of the company through proper execution and use of Point of Sale materials, communication of price/value and securing equipment placements; works with employees and non-buying customers to increase sales or pull assets. Completes, approves and maintains paperwork according to established company policy; reviews and approves time-off requests and time cards. Maintains confidentiality of financial and customer information, promotions, pricing, employee information (e.g. discipline, wage information) and other sensitive and confidential information. Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works outside of normal schedule as required to meet workload demands. Performs other related duties as required. Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including motorized pallet jacks and walkie riders in compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Education Level Minimum- High School or GED Preferred
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Sales or related field. Experience 1
- 3 years of retail management or beverage management experience.
