Job Overview We are seeking a Scaffold Yard Manager with Scaffolding Experience to oversee daily yard operations and ensure efficiency in logistics, documentation, inventory, and quality control. This is a working manager position that requires regular physical labor and active participation in yard activities—not a desk‑only role. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, directing crews, and stepping in to assist with hands‑on tasks as needed. Experience with scaffolding operations is required. Key Responsibilities Provide strong communication and customer service, maintaining professionalism and positive working relationships. Manage and maintain accurate operational documentation, including safety and project records. Work in the yard daily alongside staff, performing physical tasks such as material handling, equipment organization, loading/unloading, and general yard upkeep. Lead, train, and motivate yard personnel to ensure productivity and a safe, efficient work environment. Coordinate logistics and material distribution to support timely project execution. Oversee inventory management, monitor stock levels, and ensure equipment is maintained and ready for use. Implement and enforce quality and safety standards across all yard operations. Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, increase efficiency, and control operational costs. Qualifications Proven experience as a Manager or in a similar leadership role (yard, warehouse, construction). Scaffolding experience required. Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and safety procedures. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Relevant certifications in operations, logistics, or safety are a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power Apps). Ability and willingness to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions.

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
