About the Role We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Property Manager/Delivery Driver to join our team. This hybrid role combines property oversight with active support of our day-to-day operations — running supplies, checking in on properties, and making sure every home is guest-ready. You'll be a key part of what keeps our portfolio running smoothly across the city. What You'll Do Conduct property walkthroughs to confirm cleanliness, staging, and readiness ahead of guest check-ins Deliver supplies, linens, and amenities to properties across our portfolio on a regular route Troubleshoot and resolve on-site property issues (maintenance flags, missing items, access problems) Coordinate with cleaning crews, maintenance techs, and the operations team to keep turnovers on schedule Perform light property maintenance and report larger issues to the appropriate vendor/technician Assist with move-in/move-out logistics, furniture setup, and property refreshes Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inspections, and property conditions Respond promptly to time-sensitive requests (same-day supply runs, urgent property issues) Represent Book NOLA professionally when interacting with guests, vendors, and neighbors on-site What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and clean driving record; company car provided for work use Prior experience in property management, hospitality, logistics, or a related field preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple properties/tasks in a day Comfortable with physical tasks — lifting supplies, light repairs, moving furniture Self-starter who works well independently and communicates clearly with the team Familiarity with New Orleans neighborhoods a plus Availability to work a consistent Sunday-Thursday schedule, with flexibility for time-sensitive property needs Smartphone proficiency for logging tasks and communicating via team channels What We Offer Competitive salary Company car provided A supportive, close-knit team in a fast-growing local business Opportunity to grow with the company as our portfolio expands
