We're looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial professional to help scale one of RXO's most strategic technology platforms. As Program Manager, RXO Connect® Warehouse, you will serve as the primary owner of RXO Connect® Warehouse, leading implementation, adoption, commercialization, training, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization. This role was created to support continued platform expansion and serve as the central point of coordination across Operations, Solutions, Business Development, Technology, and Finance. This is an opportunity for a true builder. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives with autonomy, embraces ambiguity, and is excited by the challenge of scaling a business platform from the ground up. This role will directly support customer value, warehouse growth, and the long-term commercialization of RXO Connect® Warehouse. What you'll do on a typical day Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for RXO Connect® Warehouse. Lead customer onboarding, implementation, testing, training, go-live support, and user adoption activities. Develop and maintain scalable implementation methodologies, training programs, SOPs, and deployment playbooks. Partner with warehouse operations teams to standardize processes and maximize platform performance. Support customer presentations, demonstrations, and solution design discussions. Collaborate with Business Development and Solutions teams to identify opportunities where RXO Connect® Warehouse can drive growth and customer value. Educate sellers, operators, and customers on platform capabilities and business benefits. Work with internal technology teams and external partners to prioritize enhancements and support ongoing platform development. Monitor adoption, customer feedback, operational results, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Track and communicate program KPIs, deployment progress, and business outcomes to leadership. Support commercialization initiatives, customer-facing collateral, and internal enablement programs. Travel as needed to support customer deployments, warehouse launches, training events, and strategic initiatives. At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience. 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, technology implementation, project management, or a related field. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience working across multiple functional teams and stakeholder groups. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Availability to travel as needed. It'd be great if you also have: Experience implementing or supporting Warehouse Management Systems. Experience supporting software deployments, customer onboarding, or technology adoption initiatives. Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Parabola. Knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory management, transportation, and distribution processes. Experience with platforms such as Logiwa, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Körber, Oracle, SAP EWM, or similar warehouse technologies. PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or related professional certifications. Comfortable operating in environments where processes are still being established. Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect technology investments to customer value and business growth. Effective communicator who can engage warehouse operators, customers, technology partners, sales teams, and executive leadership. Curious, adaptable, and motivated by continuous improvement.
