Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Administrator to join our logistics and distribution team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, and ensure inventory accuracy. Your expertise in warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics will support seamless order fulfillment and efficient warehouse workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service. Duties Manage warehouse inventory using advanced inventory management software and ERP systems to ensure stock accuracy and proper documentation. Oversee shipping logistics, including order picking, packing, loading, unloading, and coordinating with carriers for timely deliveries. Utilize RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment to facilitate efficient stock movement within the warehouse. Maintain detailed records of shipments, receipts, and inventory adjustments through data entry in warehouse management systems. Ensure compliance with trade regulations and international trade requirements during shipping and receiving processes. Support order fulfillment by accurately picking, packing, and preparing items for dispatch according to customer specifications. Monitor warehouse operations to optimize workflow efficiency while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies or delivery issues promptly. Assist in stock replenishment activities such as stocking shelves and packaging products for shipment. Prepare reports on inventory levels, shipment status, and warehouse performance metrics for management review. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms such as SAP Business One or similar software. Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, inventory management practices, and trade compliance standards. Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication purposes. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and calculations related to order processing. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and external partners. Prior experience working with international trade regulations or MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is advantageous. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
