We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory & Shipping Manager to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring seamless management of inventory, shipping, and logistics processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to optimize warehouse distribution, and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and cost savings. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management systems, and a proactive approach to vendor and category management. Responsibilities Oversee inventory management, control, and stock replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels Coordinate shipping and receiving operations, including freight forwarding, arrangements, and dispatching to ensure timely order fulfillment. Optimize transportation planning, freight costs, and logistics strategies across multiple channels Manage warehouse distribution activities, including materials handling, warehouse management system (WMS) utilization, and forklift operations for efficient storage and retrieval. Support inventory forecasting by integrating demand planning insights with production scheduling, procurement strategies, and inventory control practices. Experience Proven experience in supply chain management with a focus on inventory control, warehouse distribution, and logistics coordination. Hands-on experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts; mechanical knowledge is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement continuous process improvements. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Supply Chain Management degree preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
