Job Description Summary:
- We're seeking a Delivery Manager to lead all aspects of our delivery department—driving efficiency, safety, and exceptional customer service.
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- General manager administration including, but not limited to, workers compensation, new hire interviewing, conducting training for efficiencies and overall safety culture, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- + Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience + Minimum of 5 year of experience in related area and some experience in a supervisory role + Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software + Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills + Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines + Analytic and Reporting skills + Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills + Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment •
Preferred Qualifications:
- + 1-3 years of management/supervisory experience + Able to interpret and apply union contracts
Physical Requirements:
- + While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to remain in a stationary position at times; communicate, and operate a computer and telephone + Occasionally carry & lift up to 65 pounds + Occasionally reach overhead, squat and bend + Occasionally walk and stand for extended periods of time

Salary and Benefit Statement:
_- Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience.
- Compensation
Salary:
$80,000 - $112,000 This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program. Metrics and level of participation are determined annually.- Benefits
