This position reports directly to:

Customer Service Director This position requires: Check Hot Tubs prior to loading truck to ensure acceptable condition for delivery. Accurately load truck, checking entire delivery against customer invoices. Assist to install Hot Tubs in a safe manner and within agreed upon time frame. Professionally represent Watson's to customers during delivery, making sure all needs are addressed on-site or documented for follow-up post-delivery.

Spa Delivery Crew Member Qualifications:

At least 1 year of related service industry experience. Ability to work outside in cold and heat. Ability to lift heavy items. Knowledge of basic hand tools. Valid driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to pass MVR, criminal and background check.
