Overview:
We are hiring a Site Manager to run day-to-day operations at a large records-warehouse site. You will lead supervisors and production staff, protect quality and customer service, and keep the site staffed, scheduled, and on standard. This is a hands-on operations role, not a desk-only job. Direct daily production and supervise Project Supervisors and the Quality Lead Keep the customer satisfied and respond quickly to changes in work priorities Collect, compile, and analyze site activity data and production reports Lead site HR support: interviewing, onboarding, and day-to-day workforce issues Work directly with on-site customer points of contact and keep the Project Manager and site staff aligned Address poor performance and conduct issues and fix problems at the site level Build plans and schedules, oversee quality control, and verify corrective and preventive actions Coordinate with quality staff on defects and keep day and night shifts working to the same standard
Requirements:
