Job Overview Build A Head is seeking a meticulous and experienced Warehouse Inventory Manager to join our dynamic team in Burlington, North Carolina . This is a full-time position, central to our mission of bringing smiles, excitement, and creativity to every celebration. At Build a Head, we create unforgettable moments with our custom big heads and life-size standups. The successful candidate will be responsible for the precise management and organisation of our warehouse inventory, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy to support our unique production process. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain robust inventory control procedures and systems. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and finished goods. Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and investigate any discrepancies. Lead, train, and manage a team of warehouse staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment. Analyse inventory data to identify trends, optimise stock levels, and improve supply chain efficiency. Liaise with procurement, production, and sales departments to forecast demand and prevent stock shortages or overages. Maintain comprehensive records of all inventory movements using our inventory management software. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the warehouse. Qualifications Proven experience in a warehouse management or inventory control role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in using inventory management software and other relevant computer systems. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements. What We Offer A competitive hourly rate of $25 - $43 USD , commensurate with experience.
