M-F 3:15 pm-12:15 am Our client, located in Burlington, NC, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint / Powder Coater to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and durability of our finished products by applying paint and powder coatings to a variety of materials. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting or powder coating by cleaning, masking, and priming as necessary. Mix, match, and apply paint or powder coatings using sprayers and other specialized tools. Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including spray guns, ovens, and booths. Ensure proper thickness and adhesion of coatings, conducting quality checks to meet customer specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines. Schedule daily/weekly production runs according to color and customer demands. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to paint or powder coating application processes.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in industrial painting or powder coating, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of paint/powder coating materials, application techniques, and curing processes. Ability to operate and maintain spray equipment and related machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes. Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations related to painting and powder coating.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in industrial painting or powder coating techniques is a plus. Experience working with metal surfaces is highly desirable. Basic mechanical aptitude to perform equipment maintenance.
