Job Description Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from initiation through successful delivery.
• Translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate work across multiple teams, ensuring dependencies, risks, and integration points are identified and actively managed.
• Establish and maintain program governance processes, including RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive delivery efficiency through automation-first practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor program health using metrics, dashboards, and real-time delivery data to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Platform, Security, Infrastructure, and Shared Services teams to deliver business outcomes.
• Manage intake processes, prioritization efforts, and resource planning to align work with team capacity.
• Support operational readiness activities, including testing coordination, environment planning, deployment preparation, and transition to support teams.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise change management, security, risk, audit, and governance standards.
• Facilitate executive-level communications and provide clear updates on progress, risks, decisions, and program performance.
• Leverage data, delivery metrics, and workflow analytics to improve predictability and execution quality.

Overview Insight Global is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to support large-scale technology initiatives for a leading financial services client. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the execution of complex programs that span multiple teams, platforms, and business functions. The ideal candidate will serve as the central point of orchestration across delivery teams, ensuring projects remain aligned to strategic objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. • 7+ years of experience leading large-scale technology programs in enterprise environments.
• Prior experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar leadership role.
• Proven success managing multi-team initiatives with complex dependencies and competing priorities.
• Strong experience with intake governance, dependency management, RAID processes, and work prioritization.
• Experience working within Agile and Lean delivery environments.
• Ability to identify risks, quantify business impacts, and drive mitigation strategies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience navigating enterprise change management, security, compliance, and governance processes.
• Proficiency with project planning, documentation, workflow management, and reporting tools.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading platform modernization efforts, enterprise migrations, or large technology transformation programs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, release management, automated testing, security scanning, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of value stream management, flow-based delivery models, and delivery metrics.
• Experience supporting operational readiness activities, support models, and service-level objectives (SLOs).
• Exposure to AI-enabled delivery practices and automation tools.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for documentation, planning, process automation, and story refinement.
• Financial Services or Banking industry experience preferred.
