This is a unique role designed for a logistics expert who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. Responsibilities:
Act as a fill-in driver for local and regional deliveries; lead in-home setups, ensuring furniture is perfectly placed and assembled. Manage the intake of vendor shipments and conduct rigorous QC inspections to ensure every item is defect-free upon arrival. Maintain excellent organizational and safety standards so that inventory is accessible and protected. Plan daily schedules to maximize efficiency, reduce fuel costs, and guarantee on-time arrivals. Supervise and mentor warehouse and delivery associates, fostering a professional, hard-working environment. Communicate professionally with vendors regarding returns/repairs and oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the company fleet.

8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Skills:
Familiarity with general carpentry, furniture repair or upholstery care. Previous work in a high-growth retail environment. Strong communication skills to liaise between the Sales team and the Owner. Previous team management experience considered a plus.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Valid driver???s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred). Ability to lift, move, and maneuver heavy furniture daily using proper equipment. Proven experience in route planning, inventory management, or warehouse operations. A vigilant eye for minor defects like scratches, missing hardware, or loose screws. A calm, and collected demeanor when interacting with high-end vendors and customers in their homes.
