Fargo Compensation:

Starting wage $21-25 / hour depending on comparable delivery experience. Possible Sign On Bonus. 3 reviews in the first twelve months then annually 2 company sponsored retirement plans.

Requirements:

Prior Straight Truck Delivery Experience in 26ft truck, preferred. Valid Drivers License required. Clean Driving record required. Must have a DOT Medical Card or are able to obtain, required.

Responsibilities & Job Description:

Load outgoing orders for local deliveries. Deliver orders to local customers. This is a physically active position that requires Heavy Lifting applicants should be able to lift 50-75 pounds on a regular basis. Assessment testing will be requested. Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check required. Cole Papers, a respected and long-standing family-owned company, is searching for a Delivery Driver for our Fargo branch. Summary In the Delivery Position, you will be integral to our logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your core responsibilities will include driving a box truck, heavy lifting, and loading/unloading items.
