Seeking a dependable Full-Time Lead Direct Support Professional to teach and assist people with disabilities to be independent in their daily activities.

Applicant must:

Be dependable, reliable and willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings Demonstrate ability to approach challenging situations with a calm approach Provide different levels of support to people with disabilities to meet their needs Provide training and oversight to other DSP's Attend team meetings and appointments as needed Be willing to assist with personal cares Be a licensed driver and eligible to drive under RRHSF driving policy Assist Residential Coordinator with administrative duties, including Medication record audits, financial audits, data audits, and preparation of house menu and grocery list Pass medications and assist with medication training of other staff Participate in on-call rotation

Week 1: Sunday 8a-4p Monday 330p-930p Wednesday 7a-11a Wednesday 330p-930p Thursday 330p-930p Friday 7a-11a Week 2: Monday 330p-930p Wednesday 7a-11a Wednesday 3p-1030p Thursday 330p-930p Friday 7a-930a Friday 330p-930p Saturday 8a-4p $18.50/hour starting wage!
