• $35 per hour (Overtime eligible)

Schedule:

Monday

• Friday, 7 AM
• 4 PM (or 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, and support a team of drivers (Class A and standard) and warehouse staff.

Logistics Coordination:

Ensure parts are delivered to the correct location on time, managing all logistics and scheduling needs.

Inventory Management:

Oversee physical inventory counts, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure all items are properly labeled and coded.

Receiving Goods:

Manage the receipt of goods, ensuring proper documentation and organization within the warehouse.

Operational Efficiency:

Utilize forklift and inventory scanning tools to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency.

Hiring Support:

Assist in the hiring process for drivers, warehouse staff, and CDL personnel.

Email Communications:

Handle emails and requests related to deliveries, inventory, and operational needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Experience with inventory management systems. Certification to operate a forklift is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a proactive approach.
