Full-Time Lead Our Overnight Warehouse Operations We're seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Warehouse Manager to oversee overnight operations in a fast-paced distribution with cold storage environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-volume warehouse, enjoys developing teams, and can keep operations running efficiently while maintaining safety, productivity, and quality standards. Responsibilities Manage all overnight warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates while promoting a positive team environment Train and onboard new employees on warehouse procedures and safety standards Coordinate receiving, shipping, inventory, replenishment, and order fulfillment activities Ensure accurate inventory control and proper product rotation Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including forklifts and electric pallet jacks Monitor productivity and resolve operational issues quickly Maintain OSHA safety standards and company food safety procedures Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience Experience in food distribution, refrigerated, or cold storage warehouse operations required Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Hands-on experience operating warehouse equipment, including: Sit-Down Forklift Electric Pallet Jack Manual Pallet Jack Other warehouse material handling equipment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience training and mentoring warehouse employees Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on overnight shifts Strong organizational and inventory management skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable leader Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Positive attitude with excellent people skills Team-oriented with a hands-on management style Comfortable working in refrigerated and cold storage environments Committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence Compensation & Benefits $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary (based on experience) Full-time, stable opportunity Growth opportunities with an established organization Supportive leadership team #INDNJ Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment.
