Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive person to help oversee manufacturing operations within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating production activities, and maintaining high-quality output. Duties Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet output targets Monitor production workflows to identify and solve problems Implement process improvements Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and safety Coordinate with management teams to ensure production is operating efficiently Manage inventory levels of materials and finished goods to support continuous production Document production metrics, report on performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages communication, accountability, and professional development Experience Proven experience in manufacturing or production roles within a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge relevant to manufacturing equipment and processes Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, motivate staff, and manage operational challenges Knowledge of inventory management systems and production planning tools Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and quality assurance Candidates with a background in manufacturing operations who are committed to safety excellence and continuous improvement are encouraged to apply. Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
