Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient management of inventory, logistics, and materials handling. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management systems, supply chain processes, and fleet management. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and quality within our warehouse environment. Duties

• Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
• Coordinate logistics activities, including freight handling and transportation scheduling.
• Implement and maintain a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for optimal inventory control.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance.
• Develop and enforce policies for materials management to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to improve overall efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.
• Maintain equipment, including forklifts, ensuring they are in safe working condition. Qualifications
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Familiarity with inventory management techniques and logistics processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and develop a team effectively.
• Proficient in materials management principles and practices.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
