Duties Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Manage transportation planning and logistics coordination using transportation management systems (TMS) to optimize freight movement and reduce costs. Utilize ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to monitor supply chain activities, analyze data for continuous improvement, and support decision-making processes. Supervise warehouse staff, including training on warehouse management systems (WMS), safety protocols, and operational standards to foster a motivated team environment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout all warehouse activities. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a fast-paced distribution environment. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles including inventory control, procurement, logistics, and distribution management. Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, transportation management systems (TMS), and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Supervising experience in warehouse or distribution operations with a focus on safety standards and operational excellence.
