We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, build high-performing teams, and support the successful launch and stabilization of this large-scale fulfillment center. Participate in warehouse startup activities, including layout planning, process implementation, staffing, and operational readiness. Manage warehouse supervisors, leads, and associates to achieve productivity and quality targets. Develop and monitor KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, safety, and labor efficiency. Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety standards, and operational procedures. Collaborate with customers, transportation partners, and cross-functional teams to support business growth. At least 2 years of direct management experience in a distribution center or fulfillment center larger than 350,000 sq. ft. Proven experience managing high-volume e-commerce, retail, or 3PL warehouse operations. Experience supporting warehouse startups, facility launches, or major operational expansions strongly preferred. Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills. Experience with WMS systems and KPI-driven management. Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
