Our client, a leading national discount retail and distribution company, is looking for Warehouse Associates to join their team in Pedricktown, NJ . In this role, you will work in either the Shipping or Slapper Line department, performing physically demanding tasks that involve constant movement, lifting, and keeping up with a fast-paced conveyor-driven operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping Department:

Work on conveyor divert lines, scanning boxes using a finger or wrist scanner Stack boxes weighing up to 45 lbs onto pallets reaching up to 7 feet in height — overhead lifting required Transport completed pallets to the wrapping machine using a manual pallet jack Maintain pace with the conveyor line and respond appropriately to backup signals

Slapper Line Department:

Break down pallets and feed boxes onto conveyor lines Accurately and quickly apply labels to the flat surface of boxes Maintain a steady pace to keep conveyor lines moving efficiently Train alongside an experienced associate for approximately one week before working independently

Requirements:

Must be comfortable with constant, repetitive lifting, bending, and physical work throughout the entire shift Ability to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly and perform overhead lifting This role is not a fit for candidates who struggle with lifting, pacing, or working independently
