Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of all warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, materials management, and Fleet Dispatch. This role requires strong leadership skills to supervise staff and coordinate logistics while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely dispatch of goods. Coordinate inventory management, including tracking stock levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing inventory control measures. Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to enhance team performance. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, transportation providers, and other stakeholders in the supply chain. Implement and optimize warehouse management systems to improve operational efficiency. Monitor dispatching processes to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in productivity and efficiency. Experience Proven experience in Industrial Supply Warehouse management or a related field is essential. Strong knowledge of shipping receiving processes, supply chain logistics, and transportation management. Familiarity with materials management practices and inventory control techniques. DOT Management Experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing operations.
