OVERVIEW

Rochester Bath and Kitchen Remodeling is looking for a Warehouse Manager . This role will play a crucial role in managing the company's inventory, receiving/storage, and operational workflow. As such, this position requires someone who is willing to invest in the growth of a small business and able to help maintain oderly control of a lot of moving parts and details. You will report directly to the President and directly manage all warehouse processes re: project workflow, logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory control/organization. To some, these may seem like mundane tasks, but we are looking for an individual who will see the dynamic challenges of understanding how these affect and ultimately drive the success of our company. It is a fast-paced environment, so you need to be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Having some experience and understanding of the construction business is a huge plus but not necessary.

Job Type:

Full-time (~40 Hours a week)

Hours:

7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri (but we do allow flexibility) Pay varies based on experience - $25-30/hr (overtime is time and a half)

REQUIREMENTS

• Two or more years of inventory/warehouse experience preferred
• Experience driving a forklift
• General computer skills, Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask while being flexible working with changing list of priorities
• Ability to maintain the warehouse without supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver's license

JOB DUTIES

• Maintain inventory organization
• Review and Inspect inventory to assure high quality and integrity of parts
• Input deliveries into company database
• Perform cycle counts and spot checks as required
• Separate equipment as determined by keep/scrap list
• Relocate/Reorganize equipment in the warehouse as needed
• Participate in automation of processes to make them more efficient and reliable
