EDI MANAGER

We are looking for an Inventory Control Manager to run our inventory IT department. We are an importer and wholesale distributor of fashion apparel and accessories. Our inventory is on an ERP software system which is iCloud based.

We need someone to:

Add purchased inventory into our database via excel templates; maintain the style master including size, color, material content, HS codes, country of origin; pictures, etc. Enter customer orders via EDI or excel templates and verify order discounts, allocate all sizes and colors per style on the order, and generate pick tickets. Invoice orders that are packed for shipping. Very proficient with excel (inc. pivot tables & vlookup) to prepare detailed available-to-sell reports with pictures of products to send to customers. This is a permanent full-time in-office position.

Hours:

7am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 7 to 4 on Friday. On Fridays we close even earlier in the winter months.
