Key Responsibilities:

•

Lead Daily Warehouse Operations:

Oversee receiving, storage, tagging, inventory, staging, packing, returns, and outgoing job preparation.

•

Protect High-Value Client Property:

Ensure furniture, fragile items, designer pieces, and personal belongings are properly handled, wrapped, labeled, stored, and tracked.

• Manage the

Warehouse Team:

Supervise, train, schedule, and hold warehouse employees accountable for productivity, safety, quality, and organization.

•

Maintain Inventory Accuracy:

Use warehouse systems, labels, photos , logs, and counts to ensure accurate item-level tracking.

•

Support White-Glove Moving Operations:

Coordinate with dispatch, sales, client service, drivers, and crews so each job is prepared correctly and ready on time.

•

Drive Organization & Process Discipline:

Maintain a clean, safe, efficient warehouse layout with clear zones for receiving, staging, storage, repair, returns, and outbound work.

•

Improve Performance:

Identify operational bottlenecks, reduce damage risk, improve workflow, and implement process improvements.

•

Enforce Safety Standards:

Ensure safe use of forklifts, pallet jacks, tools, equipment, packing materials, and warehouse procedures.

•

Own Problem Solving:

Resolve issues related to missing items, incorrect staging, damaged goods, late preparation, staffing gaps, or inventory discrepancies.

What We're Looking For:

•

Warehouse Leadership Experience:

Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.

• High Standards & Attention to

Detail:

Ability to manage valuable client property with care, accuracy, and accountability.

•

Strong People Management:

Ability to lead crews, set expectations, coach performance, and maintain a productive work environment.

•

Inventory & Systems Discipline:

Comfortable using inventory software,labels, photos, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.

•

Relevant Industry Experience Preferred:

Moving, storage, logistics, furniture installation, or white-glove service experience is a strong advantage.

•

Professional Judgment & Discretion:

Comfortable working in an environment where client privacy, confidentiality, and professionalism are essential.

•

Hands-On Work Ethic:

Willing to be on the floor, inspect work, solve problems, and lead by example.

•

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs as needed.
