Job Description Job Description Licensed Practical Nurse-DialysisTemporary Full-Time PositionOur client, a state-of-the-art dialysis center located in Nassau County, Long Island, is seeking experienced and dedicated Dialysis LPN to join their team.
Administers medication in accordance with unit policy and procedure and physician orders.
Records and documents patient treatment, reactions, conditions, history, medications, and overall adaptability to dialysis.
Ensures and adequate stock of supplies and proper functioning equipment.
KEY TASKS
Provides dialysis treatments in conformance with nursing standards to include initiation, monitoring and termination of treatment.Administers medication in accordance with unit policy and procedure and physician orders.
Records and documents patient treatment, reactions, conditions, history, medications, and overall adaptability to dialysis.
Ensures and adequate stock of supplies and proper functioning equipment.
