ORDER FULFILLMENT MANAGER - Strong EDI

Job Description

Order Fulfillment with strong EDI experience Manage daily order fulfillment operations for multiple customers, overseeing orders from EDI receipt through warehouse allocation, shipment, invoicing, and customer delivery. Process incoming EDI orders and allocate orders across multiple warehouses based on customer requirements and fulfillment needs. Manage daily transmission of ASNs and 810 invoices to customers and EDI partners. Invoice customer orders daily and transmit invoices to factoring partners, including Trancepta, and various EDI customers. Monitor open orders, shipment status, delays, and fulfillment issues while providing timely updates to sales teams and customers. Resolve customer, order, shipping, and fulfillment issues and coordinate solutions across internal departments. Partner with overseas production teams to ensure on-time delivery for domestic, FOB, and POE orders. Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, sales, production, and customers to resolve issues and maintain fulfillment schedules. Create commercial invoices and required documentation for overseas shipments. Conduct EDI testing for new customers and support successful customer onboarding. Set up new customers within the AMT ERP and EDI environment. Not remote, 5 days a week in the city.
