Job Description

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to help coordinate and drive product delivery initiatives across our organization. $140,000 - $210,000 per annum

Experience:

2-5 years in delivery coordination, project management, or Agile delivery roles What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) to keep teams aligned and moving forward Remove blockers and dependencies that could slow delivery, working across engineering, product, and operations Maintain and communicate delivery roadmaps, timelines, and status to stakeholders at all levels Coordinate between cross-functional teams—engineering, product, design, operations—to ensure clear ownership and alignment Track delivery metrics and adapt plans based on progress, risks, and stakeholder feedback Support teams in adopting and improving Agile practices and delivery discipline Escalate risks and dependencies early, with recommendations for mitigation What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 2-5 years of experience in delivery coordination, project management, Agile delivery, or a similar role Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing delivery workflows Strong stakeholder communication skills; ability to influence across teams without direct authority Experience removing blockers and coordinating dependencies in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Familiarity with Jira or similar Agile/project tracking tools Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills

Nice-to-have:
