$640 - $880 per day Experience required: 5-10 years in program or delivery management, including 2-5 years leading teams What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Owning product delivery roadmaps and breaking them into clear milestones, timelines, and dependencies Facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing blockers to keep teams moving Creating and refining user stories and managing backlog prioritization with product and engineering Coordinating across functions—product, engineering, operations, and stakeholders—to align on delivery and resolve conflicts Tracking metrics, health indicators, and delivery progress; reporting status to leadership Leading and mentoring team members to support execution and capability growth Managing stakeholder expectations and communicating trade-offs and timelines with clarity What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 5-10 years of program or product delivery management experience 2-5 years leading and coordinating teams Hands-on expertise with Agile delivery frameworks and ceremonies Experience creating user stories, managing backlogs, and refining requirements Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills Working knowledge of Jira or similar Agile tracking tools Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience Nice-to-have Experience in SaaS, product-led growth, or fast-moving tech environments Certification in Agile, Scrum, or product management Exposure to metrics-driven decision making and OKR frameworks What roles of this type could offer Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role: Hands-on involvement in shaping product direction and delivery outcomes Scope to improve delivery processes, remove friction, and raise team standards Opportunity to develop leadership and stakeholder management skills Exposure to cross-functional product strategy and roadmap planning Contract flexibility with potential for extension or conversion, dependent on performance and business need About Specialist Staffing Group We are a leading recruitment firm specializing in connecting talented professionals with innovative organizations across the United States.
