We are seeking a Product Lead to join our product and delivery team. This role focuses on defining product vision, managing delivery roadmaps, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-centric solutions. Experience:
10-15 years in product and delivery leadership Leadership scope: 5+ years leading cross-functional teams What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Defining and communicating product vision, strategy and roadmap to stakeholders across the organization Creating and refining user stories, managing backlog prioritization, and ensuring clear delivery requirements Conducting stakeholder collaboration sessions and maintaining alignment across engineering, design, marketing and operations Driving metrics-based decision-making by establishing success criteria, tracking KPIs and iterating based on user feedback and business outcomes Leading cross-functional teams through discovery, design, development and launch phases Facilitating Agile ceremonies and maintaining momentum across product cycles Mentoring junior product team members and fostering a culture of customer empathy and continuous improvement What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 10-15 years of product management or product leadership experience, with demonstrated success launching and scaling products 5+ years leading and mentoring cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, including user story creation, backlog refinement and sprint planning Proven experience managing stakeholder collaboration in complex, matrix environments Expertise with Jira and other product management tools Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to drive product decisions Excellent communication and presentation skills Nice-to-have qualifications: Product Management certification (PSPM, Reforge or equivalent) Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments Track record of launching products that achieved significant market adoption or revenue impact What roles of this type could offer Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role: Opportunity to shape product direction and have meaningful impact on customer outcomes Scope to lead high-performing cross-functional teams and develop future product leaders Competitive permanent salary in the range of $140,000 - $220,000 per annum, dependent on experience Collaborative work environment with access to cross-functional expertise and resources Professional development opportunities, including training, conference attendance and mentorship Flexible work arrangements and comprehensive benefits package Clear pathways for career progression toward senior product leadership or strategic roles About Specialist Staffing Group Specialist Staffing Group is a leading talent acquisition partner dedicated to connecting exceptional professionals with innovative organizations.
