Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this role, you will oversee the daily functions of the distribution center, ensuring seamless logistics, inventory control, and team coordination. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize warehouse workflows, and uphold safety standards to support our company's growth and operational excellence. Duties Lead and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a motivated team focused on efficiency and safety. Oversee warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to enhance workflow productivity and reduce waste. Manage inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy, proper stock levels, and timely replenishment. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently while adhering to OSHA regulations. Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with shipping standards. Conduct regular safety audits, enforce OSHA guidelines, and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution center management with a strong background in warehouse supervision. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through managerial communication and team leadership skills. Hands-on experience operating material handling equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, and heavy lifting tools. Knowledge of logistics processes, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling best practices. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse environments. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

From $52,744.87 per year
