CTPS Warehouse Manager Location:
Findlay, OH Company Info Complete TransPack Solutions Complete TransPack Solutions is devoted to Transport Packaging Materials in areas such as material services, pooling and rental, damage rate reduction, demand planning and system-wide improvements, detailed inventory and tracking processes, service site quality certifications, material repair and reclamation, design and sourcing of customized process machinery while maintaining reliability and confidence. This position includes benefits package with Health, Dental, Vision. Performance oriented quarterly safety/quality bonus and year end evaluation bonus.
Duties:
Responsible for all day-to-day operations of their facility, including, but not limited to, operational and production efficiencies and effectiveness, coaching, training, and personnel decisions and actions, labor and cost management, profitability, quality control, customer service, and safety standards. Oversee plant operational and production processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, quality, customer service, and safety standards are being met and/or exceeded. Ensure complete compliance to prescribed Operational, Quality, and Safety Programs. Manage production, labor, maintenance, and other plant costs and budgets. Achieve production and quality control standards, goals, and timelines; ensure production processes are effective and efficient. Build, maintain, and manage an effective, empowered employee team.
Personnel decisions including:
Train subordinates on all operational activities, company policies, safety procedures, new initiatives, and expectations. Supervise and motivate the team. Review employee performance. Employee development. Effectively address accountability matters. Responsible for training, maintaining, and enforcing safety procedures, policies, and safe working behaviors. Ensure that all Health and Safety guidelines are followed. Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers, business partners, vendors, suppliers, employees and management peers, and support staff. Work effectively with other managers, employees, and business partners to implement goals and objectives. Effective and timely communication with upper management; accurate, timely completion and submission of required daily/weekly/monthly reports. Optimize resource utilization by implementing effective production organization. Hands-on position. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Performs all other duties as needed or requested. Ability to effectively communicate with and lead a diverse team.
Skills & Knowledge:
Excellent verbal, written, and email communication skills. Strong analytical and quantitative, problem solving, organization, decision making, and time management skills. Ability to handle diverse and complex tasks with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. Forklift certification and proficiency required.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years previous management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, production based warehouse or manufacturing environment Computer literate with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and web based program familiarity.
