Job Description

Diversified Construction of Oklahoma is seeking a reliable, organized, and experienced Yard Manager to lead operations within our construction shop and yard. This position is responsible for overseeing equipment, materials, and the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in maintaining an organized, productive yard. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily yard activities, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Load/unload materials and manage inventory. Safely operate equipment such as forklift, skid steers, loaders, and related machinery. Maintain fleet and equipment logs to ensure preventative maintenance is being performed. Maintain a clean, organized and safety-compliant yard and shop. Coordinate equipment usage and material deliveries with project managers and construction crews. Enforce company safety policies and promote a culture of safety. Qualifications Prior experience in construction, yard management, shop operations, or related field. Valid CDL Driver's License required. Ability to gain clearance to Military and Government installations. Comfortable operating a variety of heavy equipment. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather. Full-time position based out of Edmond Oklahoma. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Benefits include health insurance, 401k with company match, and PTO accrual. Pay based on experience.
