Job Description

About the Role Complete Home Electronics is a leading provider of high-end electronic systems. We are seeking a versatile, self-motivated professional for our Administration & Warehouse Manager role. This position is the backbone of our daily operations, split between high-level administrative support and hands-on logistics management.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support:
Act as the primary assistant to the Business Owner, handling daily tasks and high-level correspondence.
Financials:
Manage company payroll, client billing, and bookkeeping (Zoho Books).
Inventory & Logistics:
Process incoming shipments, manage purchase orders, and 'kit' equipment for installation technicians.
Warehouse Management:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Documentation:
Maintain shared digital records, passwords, and project progress in company software. What You'll Need to Succeed Proven background as an Administrative Assistant and experience with Bookkeeping software (Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.). Comfortable with Windows-based programs and mobile business apps. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and occasionally move equipment over 100 lbs with assistance. An ambitious, quality-driven personality with high attention to detail. Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. Benefits & Perks Health Insurance, 401K, and Paid Vacation/Sick days. Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
