We're seeking a hands-on, results-driven Warehouse Manager I to lead our night warehouse operations — ensuring our orders are picked, loaded, and delivered accurately, efficiently, and safely. What You'll Do As the Warehouse Manager I, you'll oversee our night warehouse team, including supervisors, leads, clerks, and warehouse associates. You'll drive performance and accountability, maintain safety and quality standards, and foster a positive team environment focused on operational success.
Shift:
4pm until complete Monday through Thursday, on-site - 4 day work week! Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the night shift warehouse team to achieve productivity, accuracy, and safety goals. Oversee nightly order selection, truck loading, and preparation for delivery to ensure on-time and complete shipments. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Coach, train, and mentor team members — setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback. Monitor key performance indicators and partner with day shift leadership to ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent performance. Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workflow to meet nightly operational demands. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Partner with other departments including Delivery and Inventory Control to align operations and resolve issues quickly. What We're Looking For 2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience; experience managing night shift preferred. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills. Understanding of OSHA and DOT safety requirements. Flexibility to work overnight hours and additional shifts as needed.
