Experience:
Senior Level Salary:
$50,000 - $85,000 per year Job Details - Responsibilities Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and organization. Maintain accurate inventory levels for construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. Coordinate material deliveries to active construction jobsites while ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Supervise warehouse personnel, assign daily responsibilities, and provide coaching and performance management. Manage company-owned tools, equipment, and asset tracking programs. Coordinate fleet scheduling, maintenance records, inspections, and equipment readiness. Develop and maintain warehouse organization systems to improve efficiency and productivity. Work closely with Project Managers, Purchasing, and Field Superintendents to forecast material needs. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventories. Ensure OSHA and company safety policies are followed throughout warehouse operations. Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse facilities. Monitor vendor deliveries and resolve receiving discrepancies. Assist with purchasing and replenishment of warehouse stock as needed. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. ________________________________________ Qualifications 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience. Previous leadership or supervisory experience required. Experience supporting construction, mechanical contracting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, industrial, or distribution operations strongly preferred. Strong inventory management and material control experience. Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management software. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple departments. Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications Experience managing construction materials and jobsite logistics. Knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or industrial construction materials. CDL is a plus but not required. Experience with fleet and equipment management.
