Develop and coach supervisors, building a pipeline of future leaders

Own budgets, hiring, and team performance

Drive improvements that make daily work run better What you bring 7+ years in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment operations

A degree or equivalent relevant background

Lean experience is a plus
