- Job Description
- The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of warehouse activities, including process optimization, safety, workforce management, and financial oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership
- + Drive strategic initiatives aligned with site-specific goals and corporate objectives. + Cultivate a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. + Lead initiatives to integrate digital transformation, including adopting warehouse management systems.
- Operational Excellence
- + Optimize workflows to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment accuracy. + Oversee inventory management and implement process improvements to reduce costs. + Track and improve key safety, productivity, and quality performance metrics.
- Financial Oversight
- + Manage site P&L within the set budget; forecast monthly costs accurately. + Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational standards.
- Workforce Management
- + Oversee the scheduling, training, and performance of warehouse staff. + Foster an inclusive environment that prioritizes employee development.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- + Act as the main point of contact for the Regional Logistics Director, corporate teams, and customers. + Ensure alignment between site operations and larger organizational strategies.
