Job Description
Improve Floors and Design is seeking a Warehouse Manager with immediate availability. This position is responsible for organizing and managing inventory, preparing materials for projects, coordinating material deliveries to installers, reviewing work orders, and resolving issues related to materials and installations. The role includes physical warehouse work and, when needed, travel to customer or job site locations. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, construction, flooring installation, or a similar role. Experience with inventory management and material preparation. Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50+ pounds. Ability to work independently and solve problems as they arise. Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail. Basic functional English. Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable pickup truck. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Ability to safely operate a forklift in tight or compact spaces. Availability to begin work at 5:00 a.m. Experience with flooring, carpet, tile, or carpet cutting is preferred.
