You'll oversee our staging inventory, manage a small team of stagers and part-time staff, and help coordinate the logistics of stages. This is a great fit for someone who's organized, physically active, and enjoys both logistics and hands-on work. A day in staging rarely goes as planned. We need someone who can think on their feet and find solutions rather than just flagging problems. We strongly value team members who take ownership: if something's not working, we want you to troubleshoot it, adapt, and keep the job moving forward. A problem-solving mindset is an absolute necessity for this role. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage a small team of stagers and part-time employees Manage and maintain the staging inventory (furniture, decor, accessories) — tracking condition, availability, and location of inventory Maintain and update our inventory management system (Stageforce), ensuring accurate records Coordinate and assist with stages, including day-to-day updates & reporting Help manage the move-in and move-out process for staged properties Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficient storage and retrieval Maintain the physical inventory - refurbishing and touching up staging inventory, as needed Support scheduling and logistics for upcoming staging jobs Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Prior experience in warehouse management, logistics, inventory management, or a related field A valid Driver's License; ability to drive a large vehicle Strong organizational time-management, and problem-solving skills Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving furniture Experience supervising or leading a small team preferred Familiarity with inventory management software (or willingness to learn ours) Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work without supervision Basic home repair skills - I.E. tightening loose cabinets, changing lightbulbs, etc. What We Offer Competitive salary, based on experience Health, Dental & Vision benefits Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm), very occasional evening or weekend work may be required A small, tight-knit team environment
