We are looking for a strong leader with proven experience managing warehouse operations, supervisors, hourly employees, productivity, employee training, inventory control, shipping/receiving, safety, and operational KPIs . This is not a desk-only management position . The Operations Manager is expected to be highly visible on the warehouse floor, actively managing the operation, developing supervisors and employees, monitoring productivity, addressing performance issues, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. The position oversees multiple operational areas, including warehouse, production, ITAD/electronics processing, shipping and receiving, inventory, maintenance, and security . What You'll Be Responsible For Oversee daily warehouse and production operations across multiple departments. Lead and develop the Warehouse Manager, Production Supervisor, ITAD Supervisor, Maintenance, Security, Floor Leads, and warehouse/production employees. Set daily assignments, production goals, staffing priorities, and productivity expectations. Monitor individual and departmental productivity throughout the workday. Hold supervisors, leads, and employees accountable for performance and established standards. Train, coach, mentor, and develop supervisors, leads, and hourly employees. Conduct regular floor walks and provide real-time coaching and direction. Ensure inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies. Monitor warehouse KPIs, labor efficiency, productivity, quality, turnaround times, safety, and attendance. Create SOP's and training modules as needed Ensure proper chain-of-custody and handling of customer assets. Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements. Manage and maintain R2v3, NAID AAA, ISO, e-Stewards, environmental, data security, and other applicable certification and compliance requirements. Manage warehouse housekeeping, organization, and 5S standards. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, workflow, and operational efficiency. Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee performance management. Partner with Human Resources regarding staffing, attendance, coaching, disciplinary action, and employee performance. Open and/or close the facility as required. Provide clear and timely operational updates and KPI reporting to executive leadership. Support ERP/inventory system utilization and workflow optimization. Maintain a strong focus on safety, organization, and operational excellence. Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency goals are met. Communicate effectively across teams and with upper management. Resolve conflicts and challenges swiftly, especially in high-pressure situations. Job Specifications Attendance and punctuality is an essential function. Attention to detail/cleanliness, prompt responses, concise reporting. Additional hours may be required for travel and events. Ability to travel when necessary. High degree of interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships with diverse people both internally and externally. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment. Required Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience managing hourly employees. Strong hands-on experience managing warehouse or production operations. Experience directly managing supervisors and/or team leads. Demonstrated experience managing employee productivity and performance . Strong shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics experience. Experience training, coaching, and developing warehouse employees. Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs and productivity measurements. Experience with warehouse management, ERP, or inventory management systems. Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and OSHA requirements. Proven ability to implement process improvements. Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple departments and competing priorities. Comfortable providing direct feedback and holding employees accountable. Must be comfortable spending significant time on the warehouse floor. Bachelor's degree required; Operations Management, ITAD, Electronic Recycling or related field preferred. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is strongly preferred: IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) Electronics recycling R2v3 NAID AAA e-Stewards

compliance Data destruction and chain-of-custody Lean Six Sigma 5S methodology Compliance or certification audits Who We're Looking For We need a manager who leads from the floor, not solely from an office . Giving an employee an assignment is only the beginning. The Operations Manager is expected to follow through, observe execution, verify accuracy, coach employees in real time, recognize strong performance, correct problems, and hold employees accountable when expectations are not consistently met. The right candidate will be able to take ownership of the operation, develop people, improve productivity, maintain strong inventory controls, enforce safety standards, and create accountability throughout the facility.
