Customer service is our number one priority, and we take pride in treating every customer with respect and helping them get the materials they need. Job Duties- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and steel yard operations
- Lead, train, and provide direction to warehouse employees
- Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed eiciently
- Oversee the pulling, preparation, and loading of customer orders
- Ensure orders are accurate before materials leave the yard
- Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks and customer vehicles
- Oversee receiving, organization, and proper storage of incoming materials
- Help maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies
- Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed
- Assist with measuring, cutting, pulling, and loading materials when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and steel yard
- Enforce company safety procedures and proper equipment operation
- Provide professional, helpful customer service
- Communicate with sales and management to keep orders and daily operations running smoothly
