Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Delivery Manager to lead and optimize our logistics and supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee end-to-end delivery processes, ensuring seamless coordination across transportation, warehousing, and distribution channels. Your expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics will drive efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support our company's growth objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex operations while fostering innovative process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects and programs from initiation through completion. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for delivery-related matters. Facilitate regular status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. Manage project financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability. Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, processes, and delivery methodologies. Resolve escalated issues and remove obstacles that impact successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Mentor and coach project managers and team members to support professional growth. Required Qualifications Must have a current CDL or be able to obtain one within 90-120 days after start of employment. 5+ years of experience in project, program, or delivery management. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
