Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

Oversee receiving, shipping, and production crews to ensure food safety (HACCP/Primus) and quality protocols are met.

Team Leadership:

Manage staffing levels and schedules, provide real-time coaching, and lead a diverse team to meet daily volume goals.

Metric Driven:

Monitor operational and economic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive root-cause problem solving. ...

Facility Oversight:

Ensure equipment is maintained, safety policies (OSHA) are strictly followed, and sanitation schedules are completed.

Inventory & Supplies:

Monitor packaging and raw materials to ensure the business has what it needs to operate daily without interruption.

10:00 AM - 10:00

PM Skills:

Experience specifically within the Fresh Produce industry. Proficiency in logistics-based software and inventory management systems (English/Spanish) is highly preferred to lead a diverse workforce.

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Proven Leadership:

Experience in training and managing hourly warehouse crews.

Safety & Compliance Expert:

Strong knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and Food Safety/Sanitation standards.

Tech-Savvy:

Ability to use metrics and data to evaluate performance and drive process improvements.

Communication:

Clear, concise communication skills in a fast-moving environment.

Grit:
