  • Promote accountability and consistent performance related to attendance, productivity, quality, order accuracy, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with employee performance conversations, coaching, corrective action documentation, and employee relations matters in partnership with the Fulfillment Manager and HR, as appropriate.
  • Oversee the receiving, shipping, replenishment, and movement of company products and supplies, including replenishment for retail locations.
  • Monitor order accuracy, order turnaround time, shipping service-level agreement (SLA) compliance, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and partner with Operations and Finance to investigate shrinkage and inventory variances.
  • Implement corrective actions and process improvements to prevent recurring operational and inventory issues.
  • Conduct and document scheduled and ad hoc product and supply inventory counts; document inventory shrinkage and loss and communicate issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Process and document customer returns for tracking and operational reporting purposes.
  • Prepare and share daily fulfillment status reports with the Fulfillment Manager, including key operational issues, priorities, and performance results.
  • Maintain fulfillment standards for product quality, equipment, safety, and operator performance; identify opportunities to improve equipment, technology, and processes.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and recommend continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Serve as a liaison with other departments regarding fulfillment operations, inventory, retail replenishment, and customer-impacting issues.
  • Maintain a safe fulfillment center environment and support the safe transportation of inventory to and from the fulfillment center.
  • Provide leadership coverage and oversee fulfillment operations in the absence of the Fulfillment Manager.
