13485, and OSHA compliance. Develop, implement, train, audit, and enforce warehouse SOPs and competency programs. Maintain accurate inventory, documentation, traceability, and material-handling processes. Ensure warehouse and distribution processes align with applicable FDA Quality Management System requirements. Maintain OSHA-compliant operations, training, documentation, and safety practices. Develop scalable processes and labor models to support increased operational volume. Lead a mixed workforce of full-time and temporary employees. Establish performance expectations and hold employees accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and compliance. Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide clear, data-driven reporting to leadership. Support regulatory audits and inspections by ensuring warehouse operations and documentation remain inspection-ready. Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive improvements. Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve warehouse efficiency. Build a culture of accountability, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Qualifications 5-7+ years of progressive warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience with leadership responsibility. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while maintaining strict compliance standards.

Preferred:
