Warehouse, Shipping & Fulfillment Manager Citrus Pear is seeking an experienced Warehouse, Shipping & Fulfillment Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory organization, and outgoing shipments. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse, shipping, and fulfillment operations Accurately pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders Process and track shipments using FedEx shipping systems Coordinate shipping schedules and resolve delayed, damaged, or incorrect shipments Receive deliveries and verify incoming inventory Maintain accurate inventory and fulfillment records Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well organized Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse and fulfillment team members Monitor productivity, accuracy, and shipping deadlines Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and fulfillment processes

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse management or leadership experience is required Previous experience processing shipments through FedEx is required Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy Ability to lead a team and work independently Comfortable using computers, shipping software, and inventory systems Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday Dependable attendance and reliable transportation

Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
